We are still evolving Robinhood. Many fine people out there. The problem with paying teachers based on performance (conservative idea) is that people will put pressure on kids to perform and cheat. Wisdom can never be learned at the point of a gun! Wisdom must be taught, persued and romanced like the delicate profoundnance it is. We should just hire good teaachers. They will teach well, as most teachers do, with just a good salary. What is missing is fully funded pre school programs. And not enough good schools, and teachers, and we should gurantee any kid can get a PHD if they want to by making government loans to them and reducing the cost of our universities.
