Central Alabama. They've teased us time and again with the prospect of snow this year and then nada. So I went to sleep Saturday night with no expectations and was so thrilled to wake up to the blanketed earth and large flakes falling. The birds were flitting around the backyard so I went out to make sure they could get to their food. I tried to get Puppy to go play with me but she decided she doesn't care for snow unlike Erin-dog who has passed.

When I was young in West Texas we did a yearly trip to New Mexico to ski and intertube. Did the same when in central California. Mostly we intertubed. Cheap and fun and if you dig your run right it can be a wild time. :)

Where are you at to enjoy so much snow and snow fun?
