more pain yes....that's what spread the wealth is all about.....take from successful and hard working people and give it to the ones who would rather put blame on someone else for their own hardships instead of standing up like a mature man or woman, getting a job, getting an education and making something out of their lives.....but no, it is too easy for them to blame another class of people for their OWN failure as a people.....all too willing to accept the carrot of govt handouts, the false words of their leaders who keep them in the blame someone else for your problem mentality, then standup for themselves as responsible citizens.....it's like saying "we have failed as a people, we have given up, take us ophoney, we are yours, send us money, food and build us condos"......
