Interesting thing though...

Go talk to a demographer --- (once a few minimal conditions are satisfied first with regard to per capita wealth and education levels) --- then the *single* factor that is MOST STRONGLY associated with increased economic growth and increased national wealth is a gradually rising population. (Even more important at the margin then additional inputs of capital or natural resources....)

Many people look at China's Billion plus population today (or India's which seems certain to pass China's before too long, given the birth control policies China follows...) but the United States is set to resume a more rapid population growth (after about 2035 or so) then the other two....
