Bill, all you gotta do is refer to the header of this discussion thread. The link there goes to a media project to keep track of each and every 'campaign promise'. There are hundreds listed now, and they will readily add any and all to the list that a contributor might suggest once evidence if supplied to show that the promise was made. The media project will run for as long as he is in the office of the Presidency, and they will mark each one off as 'fulfilled' or 'broken', or 'partially fulfilled', etc., as time progresses and action is or is not taken on the campaign promises.
