I have a friend who owns the biggest trailer park there. To the east of US 1. I don't recall too many trailer parks in the newer developed areas. Easy to get away from them at any rate.

If you want a deal. PSL is a good place. 2000 sq ft, nearly new stuff going for $125k and less. Fixer uppers in the $50-75k range, even less. I haven't checked lot prices recently but I suspect they are in the low teens.
