Most of my neighbors have seconds, and most of those were for 20% of the purchase price; i.e., 0 down and use the second to get around PMI. Then use the second for furniture, cars, etc. and refinance the second when someone reappraises the house at a higher price. And now they forgive those?

Fkuc'em all.
