You know Wayne, you and your Idaho compound buddies can certainly try and declare your private property outside the bounds of the USA...after all it is YOUR CHOICE isn't it? You own the property, you have your free will, you should be able to declare yourself the nation of Van Scoyoc as you please.

Please try it, it will take the Republikan Recession out of the news for awhile.
