PetroResources (PRC) -- it was encouraging to see that Approach Resources, the operator of PRC's Cinco Terry play, is laying down the 2 rigs operating there at the end of the month. This gives PRC some critical breathing room, to pay down more debt. Its highly likely that they will get their borrowing base reduced to a figure that is under their current amount drawn, and if in fact that happens, now they can pay that line down without having to go non-consent on any Cinco Terry wells. I've blown out virtually my entire position in this, but am holding on to a small amount for entertainment purposes.
