TexasDude, I tend to jump in and out of stocks too early. (I bought Intel yesterday morning, thinking that it couldn't fall any further!) But I would rather nail down a 15% profit from shorting ZITL the past three months than give it up in a potential rally.

Who would buy Z at this level? Well, I'm amazed that anyone would buy Z at any price after the debacle in April. But someone obviously has been. In a way, I'm playing the "greater fool" theory right along with the bulls. Some greater fools may well come along believing that Z is a bargain at these prices. Or we may have some greater fools averaging down their losing positions. There seems to be a special magic about the words "the contract's on my desk" that attracts fools like sharks to blood.

Eventually, the "fewer fool" theory will prevail. There will be fewer fools willing to buy into the Z scam and nothing left to hold the stock up. We've seen such born-again conversions on this thread.

Good luck to all the Z-bears. But after a 28% drop so far this month, ZITL may well turn up one more time before dying.
