Regulation played a significant role in leading us in to this mess. You're rather obtuse. Of course its exactly the reverse but here you sit trying to tell us that too much regulation was the problem. I suspect its this same kind of thinking that causes you to type 'where' for 'were' repeatedly. You think in a very convoluted and unproductive way. There is no need to argue with you.
