Have they reached you yet?<< When the brand new Gateway computer I sent to my parents in the States choked and died, Gateway wanted me to pay for the parts so they could ship it overseas to me, so I could ship it back to my parents in the States because the billing address was an overseas address. Took almost one month to get that one resloved. Considering that level of competence I find it hard to believe Gateway could resolve the unique aspects of Japanese Law and their court system. ;-) Anyway, based on my experience nunca diga nunca buy a Gateway.
