What am I missing?

It reads "Cornell," but it's the "Ag School" affiliate. Liberal Arts Cornell Grads consider them farmers. You can get in with a fairly low test score.

He asked for the putdown by bragging about the college he attended on air.

He's always bragging about being an Ivy Leaguer, due to his having attended Cornell. But she's saying the Cornell Agriculture School, which he attended, isn't technically in the Ivy League. Apparently people who attended Cornell College of Arts and Sciences, as Coulter did, know this.
