That's a very helpful table. I'm glad you posted it. I was not aware of the temporary drop during the first Bush administration.

Very interesting. Do you see that after the Crash, in 1932 the marginal tax rate jumped (after it stayed low for 10 years?) and stayed there until the 70s? Implications for today?
