I doesn't make much sense to me, what Mr F said about CYMI. I don't see how he could say those things considering Cymer's earning rieport and their comments about the future. Mr F is essentially calling the company a liar. I felt fortunate to pick up a bunch of CYMI at 27 yesterday and still do; imtermediate to long term, Cymer looks strong to me.

I don't think Fleckenstein's comment will have ANY effect on Cymer whatsoever. Barrons has a real checkered past with this sort of thing. Another case in point is Conseco - a large insurer-reinsurer. Conseco had someone in their employ who they dismissed. This person later on became some kind of Wall Street personality, who bears a large grudge against Conseco. Barrons regularly interviews the guy, and he never misses a chance to diss Conseco - which has a long history now of doing very well for its shareholders. Why Barrons gives the jerk media time when he has little of value to say is beyond me, except that people who follow Barrons pay little enough attention to factual results that Barrons doesn't get marked to market (ie people dropping their subscriptions.)
