"when did the right push for this?" Googling "22nd amendment bush" gets over 56000 hits. Here are a few. thomas.loc.gov digg.com infowars.com "you lefties pushed for this when Clinton was President" Googling "22nd amendment clinton" gets over 41k hits, those on the first page exclusively talk about Hillary or how a Gore/Clinton ticket with Gore at the top might be an end run around the 22nd amendment. It doesn't look like it got any traction outside of Clinton himself. So I'd like to see some links.
