Impossible. Fed money includes medicare and medicaid. Half or more of their income.

American health care is already half socialized. They aren't bludging taxpayers by treating medicare/medicaid patients. If you turn medicaid/medicare away there is no way to stay in business.

I doubt you can engage in medical practice and avoid any federal money these days. But there's another issue - religious freedom. Since when is everyone a slave of the state that can be compelled to do things against their conscience?
