It's his March newsletter, I believe, not an article. That
site stole it.

This looks like distressed selling, and a "wave 5". FWIW,
the decline of the DOW since January is 28% (wave C), while
September-November crash was 35%. The desperation continues,
it's unclear where it stops. When it does, stocks will likely
bounce to 200 MA, which is currently at DOW 9900 (!), and
50 MA is DOW 8000 (!). This happened even during the 1929-1932
bear. Of course, the current MA levels are set to decline a lot
by the time the markets get there.
