One of the most difficult types of legal action is to nullify a patent. This move makes Nomai appear quite desperate.

On page 196 in the Mass Storage section:
"SyQuest Syjet 1.5 GB -- Great internal removable drive, with 50 percent more space than Iomega Jaz (4/97)"
