Great example of how the printing works... now we just need the Fed to start Monitizing the debt, or (as they said they would) start buying assets themselves.

As far as a bottom, I like that one post you linked... a couple years (from last spring?)... that might be optimistic to be honest! You certainly want to see institutional and/or govermental puking before you buy. Particularily in commercial where you'll probably be able to buy stuff for back taxes. Taxes are another issue, why not wait till local goverments are resigned to lower taxes on your building. You'll be able to put bids in contingent on all sorts of lease and tax arrangements at the bottom.
