I hear you... and agree. I just think what was going through everyones heads was that if one biggy goes down and into Banko Court, then everyone is essentially in default since the cross collateralization is immense. If you need 100Billion Yen delivered from someone in court to pay they other two guys their 50 Billion, you all go down... even if those contracts arent' even under water.
