obama never had a record of leading anything while in elective office. i felt he is a figure head being lead by democrat org. A great example is the budget being pushed through congress. His public speaking lacks any creative speaking off the cuff. Everything is programmed for him and entered into his teleprompter. anytime he tries to speak without it he goes off message , appears confused , mixed messages.. slow thoughts. I was told the other night a caller on a talk show mentioned obama cannot speak without a teleprompter.. the guest a high ranking democrat said that is not true at the 2004 democrat convention his speech was given without a telepromter. i googled the speech , sure enough there he is reading a basic speech directly from the teleprompter. He surrounds himself with lots of advisors and i assume a few direct him where they wish the organization to go.
