When I was a kid, I was listening to the radio about dogfights in Korea. I had no idea what they were talking about. Now I know they were talking about aerial combat between our F-86s and ChiCom Migs.

All of a sudden the announcer broke in with the following: "Stalin is dead."

That's all that was said. I didn't know who Stalin was either. Now I do.

The announcer was Edward R. Murrow.

Many in our young voting crowd, don't know more about Stalin than his name..

I suspect there are many who don't even know the name.
