I think you're right. A trial balloon maybe to probe how much we are willing to take?

All Christians, all atheists, all Muslims should come together over this one and loudly, affirmatively, smash it into the ground and then dance and sing on the grave. Then dare anyone to try it again.

Soon all pretext of being a centrist will be gone. I once thought the left would be Obama's biggest problem - I was wrong - he is the left. I suspect the Pelosi/Reid act with Obama is good cop bad cop - while they leave the room and plot together and smile a lot!
