They didn't want it in the first place but were pressured into taking the funds and then the government starts mandating to them. So now they've applied to return the money but aren't even sure the government will allow them to return money they never wanted. I saw the CEO of the company on the TV a couple days ago. I was amazed to hear they just can't return the money. They have to apply to return it and then the government does a financial analysis whether to decide whether to allow them to return the money. We are living in crazy times and the inmates have taken control of the aslyum.
