I have corrected those who say Georgia Tech is Ivy League as it was founded just before the Civil War. To be Ivy League the college must have existed before the Revolutionary war. So Cornell Ag school is not Ivy League.

Then Ten is lying. What about it Ten.....has Cornell and you been lying all these years?

BTW I have never ever heard anyone ever call GA Tech ivy league. Where did you hear something like that?

" To be Ivy League the college must have existed before the Revolutionary war."

This is wrong.

Ivy League is the name generally applied to eight universities (Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Pennsylvania, Princeton, and Yale)
