FMK: I can understand your hesitancy regarding the numbers. How'sa about the analyst. Could you venture a name? Meanwhile I, too, having been adding more to my position. I've found, in times past, that when I ignore my "gut," I've paid dearly for it. This time my "gut" is telling me "load up as much as possible at these levels." Thanks, FMK, for the response. I assumed the information was already published - and I'm looking forward to hearing about it when it does become public. It's disturbing to hear about the illegal technology transfer. As you indicated, the process is at the core of all the effort that Valence has put forth to develop this product line. We can only hope that they do have patent protection that can stand up to any challenge. I'm beginning to think that the decision to deal with the one equipment supplier is turning out to be a bad deal all around. For some time I've also worried about how bulletproof their non-disclosure agreement with that supplier really is, concerning improvements to the production line, considering the suppliers relationship with the competition. It's one thing to have non-disclosure agreements with suppliers who aren't dealing directly with a competitor, but a totally different thing when the supplier is helping the competitor solve the very same problems!
