I saw the CEO of the company on the TV a couple days ago. I was amazed to hear they just can't return the money. They have to apply to return it and then the government does a financial analysis whether to decide whether to allow them to return the money.

He should put the money in escrow and ignore the mandates. Dare the Feds to put him jail if anyone objects. Get lots of publicity. The bailouts are very unpopular, public opinion will be on his side.
