We were talking about the period immediately after 911 when RW said he was radicalized and there was no move to war with Iraq during that period. We should only be in Afghanistan for one thing and that is to have a base from which to find Bin Laden. We should never have gone into Iraq. We could have done all the damage we needed to from the air, since we owned the skies before the war. One can have that opinion, but it doesn't change the past or the present. I'm relieved Obama isn't going to try to sabotage the successful effort in Iraq to satisfy leftists in his base.
