Seems some always have to go after executive pay and profits for shareholders. How much of every medical dollar is directly related to malpractice insurance and legal. There are plenty of areas underserved because of insurance costs. There is much room for improvement. The difference between Latino and Black infant mortality leads me to believe quality of medical care is not the determining factor. Perhaps Obama can convince people that their behavior can be the largest factor determining their health care costs and the earning capacity. youtube.com No thanks the our health care is fine for me.

The same could be said about private universities, colleges and training centers. Where is the value in different admission processes, different advertising campaigns, different computer systems and high pay for elite professors? Why should someone be paid 50K dollars to give an hour speech? It's waste. We could lower the cost of higher education by going to a single payer system and putting it all under government control. Ban private education and socialize it, including K-1 thru K-12. It's all a waste. And why should the elite Obama's of the country get an outstanding education, when so many families can't afford it? It's not fair. I'm sure there are a lot more industries we could target with this approach.
