Gee........that's interesting. We take both Vit D and Fish Oil every single day. Maybe we could cut back to every other day.

Fish oil is still better to take every day, but if you forget, it is not a problem. Where the problem could come from is if you take 2x of fish oil every other day, and you are already taking quite a large amount, you may end up with a diarrhea.

He had his D levels read at his last physical, and is well within normal ranges. I haven't been to a doc in three yrs, but have been taking high doses of D and Fish Oil for about a yr and 1/2 now.

You really need to be careful about what doctors call "normal range". It is well below optimal or benefitial range. The actual number would be helpful, if you have it. You want to be shooting for 60 to 80 range on Vitamin D.
