I still need my preventative inhaler. I use Advair. The prescription calls for once in the morning and again in the evening. I only use (need) it in the morning. I spoke to the doc during my physical last month and he agreed that's OK as long as I get along without the 2nd blast. I've tried to quit the morning inhale but can only get by about a day and I get short of breath. Years ago, when I was first diagnosed, the doc told me adult onset asthma usually doesn't go away. So, I guess I'm stuck with this. I have to avoid exercise that causes me to begin heavy breathing or I'll immediately get into trouble. I keep watch on it. Thanks for asking.
