That's a silly question. American's aren't eligible for state sponsored healthcare in Canada.

We have huge problems with our system, but if you have insurance and are in need of lifesaving medical attention, is there really anywhere else in the world that you would rather be? The paperwork will suck and the insurance companies will try and screw you, but you will get the best possible care in the world.

I'll start believing differently when rich Americans start going overseas for their care or the megarich in other countries start avoiding the US.
