Look, you engaged me on this discussion. Are you defending Rush or dismissing this as an unjustified attack on his character? I thought it was pretty clear - Rush wants Obama to fail as a leader. Just like in football. That is a pretty nasty wish. I disliked Bush (intensely) and was AFRAID he was going to fail as our leader because he was pigheaded and didn't care what anyone else thought. Obama is seeking counsel from Republicans and Limbaugh was chastising them too. So, apparently in Rush's mind, only when he gets his own way on every issue without compromise like a big overstuffed baby, can he STFU. In the mean time he wants us to fail. Who are the democrats that wished for Bush to fail? I asked for one quote and you quibbled about what mainstream is. Who said it and when? Please.
