Tim; Come on Tim, I said it was nuanced. They use nuances all the time in the ways words are used in polls. FOX is very good at nuancing words. If you wanted to see if people want Bush to fail you use the word FAIL. By using the word succeed, it is as you say little different, but it is different. ....... Take a different example; if you are in business and several of your neighbors are in the same business and compete with you, you might not want them to succeed as that would be you would lose jobs to them - but you also might not want them to fail because they are your friends and neighbors. steve
