Liberals like him are always skinflints. Buffett doesn’t use any tax planning at all. What a whopper. He's going to donate most of his wealth to a foundation to make sure inheritance taxes get NOTHING from him.

It turned out that Mr. Buffett, with immense income from dividends and capital gains, paid far, far less as a fraction of his income than the secretaries or the clerks or anyone else in his office. And that's not counting sales tax, excise taxes and real estate taxes. Tne average person is getting killed as a percentage of income compared to the rich.
