Well...Buffett pointed out on CNBC yesterday that there are other ways to short stocks, I believe he mentioned CDS's as one of them. So he thought it was a good idea to bring it back but didn't seem to think it would make a lot of difference. He did say several times that the system requires CONfidence to function properly. [emphasis added] We must keep up appearances!
