Could you give us an estimate of how many, in your own estimation of your remarks (of the 50000 plus), that were unambiguously opposed to Bush philosophy, ideology, or policies.

A majority of them, probably a very strong majority, wouldn't be related to Bush at all, pro or con.

Out of the ones that do deal with Bush, I suppose a majority would be pro, not so much because I think Bush is great, but because I think he's underrated and received many false or unjustified attacks. Note, that "underrated" does not imply "good", also note I consider Carter as underrated as well.

Over time the balance of my posts shifted more against Bush. The tax cuts had (and still have) my strong support, but they where years ago, and also he didn't simplify/reform taxes along with the rate reduction. Regarding his spending, with 9/11, and other issues I cut him some slack on all the spending he did early in his time in office, but he kept increasing spending more and more, and the slack ran out years ago. Its true that a lot of the spending is entitlement spending, which is mostly beyond his control, but his attempt at entitlement reform failed miserably, and he added a new drug entitlement. In general he sometimes talked a good game about opposing big government, but he made government bigger, and did so at a faster rate than most presidents.

I look at Obama, and I see the things I dislike most about Bush taken even further, with Obama only heading in the opposite direction of Bush on the things I liked most about Bush.
