I hate what these hedgies did to HudBay. IMO the now ousted CEO was doing the right thing by buying assets on the cheap to create long term value when metal prices get going again, but these idiots want the cash hoard handed out to investors in the form of a special dividend. I think the likely outcome is now that HBM will be bought by someone who wants the cash, and at a depressed price thanks to the decline in stock price engineered by the ruckus they created. LC
