Now how is Obama turning the gov't into "the enemy of the state" or a totalitarian gov't?

He is in so many ways! The list would be over a hundred maybe a thousand reasons. But where did he say it was just Obama? He pointed out Republicans were at fault. In fact I think just about every President with the possible exception of Reagan has been getting us closer to that since Andrew Jackson.
