Surprising? Not really.

What amazes me is the Bush Administration bent over backwards to provide access to Obama's people to ensure a smooth transition of power. The efforts of the Bush Administration appear to have been wasted by inattention and disinterest on the part of the Obama Administration.

He's too busy flying around to make announcements of the sort he made in Columbus last week. The guy is locked in permanent campaign mode and doesn't appear to get it that he's in charge now.
