Barty. I can't disagree with any point you've made. I feel a great deal of money was left on the table to get a deal with sammy. It would be interesting to know how much sam actually paid for 3G and many overlook the past infringement obligation. A much sought after nokia license will be interesting in the least and will shed a great deal of light on idcc's future. We'll see what happens. Btw, curious, do you have a take on the nokia/idcc possible settlement? mo. .. nic
