MM, I'll see you in the markets. I think you are over-rating your value: <I'd prefer that you pay us the ten, provided that you have the requisite skills.> At present, I would not accept a free USA citizenship, let alone a paid for one [since dual citizenship is apparently not allowed for USA citizens]. You would have to pay me considerable funds to get me to take up the offer. The best way is to have a market and see what things are worth. The current system grossly undervalues citizenships of many countries and probably all of them. Mqurice
