My exact point was that --- even the craziest and most ego-maniacal President of the post war period, and even on his most drunken near-to-impeachment-on-his-way-out-of-office days, was never CRAZY enough to try to 'amend the Constitution' to enable a "Presidency-for-life". That suggestion is not just silly beyond belief... it is so far 'beyond' that it's escaped Earth orbit.
