Seriously Ten... the Reps under Bush had one of the best communications programs ever. The Dems are just catching up.

Maybe. Nixon had a whole bunch of guys who called themselves "ratfuckers" that did a ton of that sort of thing and have talked about it proudly since. G. Gordon Liddy, Roger Stone, etc... And Rove was one of their disciples.
