I don't want to argue about the word ISP. The idea is what I was talking about. The idea that a call comes into the Tempest from the PSTN or PBX, is routed to another Tempest, and then passed on to the remote PSTN or PBX.

I just think that ISPs will be providing this service and so I used the word ISPs. Corporations will do it too, but for small company sales people etc, it will be ISPs they will be calling. Or local phone companies (ISPs and small local phone companies are going to merge in my opinion).
