Maybe the next bubble will be savings. Einstein said "compounding is the most powerful force in the universe". My differential calculus teacher brought it up every couple of weeks trying to persuade us of the power of compounded interest. He would run computations on the $24 the Native Americans got for Manhattan. It was a big number that looked big enough to buy it back.
