And they also have tenure." What do YOU think is fair pay for attempting to educate a group of antisocial thugs with no formed moral values that would just as soon kill you? If anything, they are UNDERPAID.

These are 15 year old kids we're talking about. Most of them don't really want to learn all that much. Some fall in line, some don't. But they all should be learning. The trouble kids should be taught separately, but to have them roaming the streets at an age they should be learning is not good. -Z
