The RFP for smallpox is 90 pages long and offers more than a simple drug purchase. Those in the know are certain that this could only be met by SIGA. If that is the case, the initial doses will bring 400-500M. With 36M shares outstanding that equals earnings of over $2.60 PS. With the company potential, allowing a 30PE is not far fetched. Remember this is the first contract from one country with one of their many drugs in development.
I would expect some offers from larger companies.
