Hi TH,

Technically a failed upside breakout is very bearish and it seems to me that failed breakouts have been much more common in the past year. Short-term the dollar could move inverse to the general markets (since buying the market would constitute selling the dollar and vice-versa) and a 2 month general market relief rally would make sense at this point, BWDIK.
